Milo Gets Messy

Milo's Family

We took a trip up to the Bay Area this week for Vali's weekend to visit friends and family. Milo got to see his Great-grandma Nemetz who is 83 years old and LOVES Milo. Milo got to meet his dad's cousins Kevin and Kyle and Aunt Cindy for the first time. He especially liked Kevin and crawled all over him while we were there. We stayed with Milo's Papa in Berkeley and Papa cooked an amazing meal for us all. Milo is definately a lucky boy to have so much family that loves him so much. Trying on Hats

When I (Curtis) was in college, my roomates and I were over at some friends house (they were girls). We looked on their wall and they had a list of their favorite things to do. On that list was "Trying on Hats" among "Mexican Blankets" and "Brad Pit Movies". Anyway the humor that I got from that list is comparable to the humor we had putting hats on Milo last night.

Bako Trip

Milo had a great time visiting Bakersfield. His cousin Libby was a great babysitter for Milo and he had a blast playing with her.

As much as I hate to say it, Milo loves football. He loves watching football and he loves playing with his football.

The ladies Can't Resist Him...

Milo's best friend Mikela has learned that she can get around the "no touching faces" rule by kissing and hugging Milo. He loves it obviously.

Milo Eats It

Milo has learned to hold on to things and stand up on his knees or feet. The problem is once he gets up he doesn't know how to get back down. I don't know if you can see it in the pictures but he has two bruises/ bumps on his forehead. We are pretty sure these are the first of many wounds for our busy little boy.

Who Cares

Sorry... this is not a Milo blog entry but is about Curtis. I figure since we are having another kid our blog can be for the whole family, not just Milo. Last weekend I had the chance to record some piano tracks for Cara Flory (a famous singer/songwriter and Joel's wife check out the Flory family blog link to the right for more pictures). It was cool being in this amazing studio playing Fernando Ortega's former piano. I will let you all know when the CD comes out. It will be a part of a project called "Strumm".
